Executive - Sales Development - Sales Automation company (2-4 yrs)

About the company:

They are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company with teams in California and Bangalore. They have raised a pre-seedT round last year and are now closing the seed round. They expect to hit a million dollar ARR in a few months.

They are building a sales development automation platform that strings sales discovery and sales outreach together and completes the feedback loop to generate recommendations using ML

Your Responsibilities:

- Approach potential clients through cold calls and emails

- Meet/exceed sales targets every month

- Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

- Present the company to potential clients

- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services

- Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction

- Build long-term trusting relationships with clients

- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market

- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and Account Executives

- Report to the Sales Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Apply if:

- You are open to working US timings from 6 PM IST to 2 AM IST

- You have 2+ years of proven work experience as a Business Development Representative or a similar role, preferably in B2B/SaaS company selling to North America

- You have hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls and e-mails) and performance metrics

- You have an exemplary record of achieving sales targets

- You have prior experience in CRM software and MS Excel

- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to deliver engaging presentations
