Role Objective : Responsible for New Coatings business delivery through effective dealer engagement and demand generation for contractors with help of Team of 3 (Site Specialists) as direct reporting.
The role involves below field & sales responsibilities :
Dealer Management : Sales & Management of Dealer relationship.
Demand generation : Business generation through engaging with
- User engagement
- Product Strategy Implementation
- Team Management
- Monitor & Review
Reporting to : RGM
- Candidate must be from Paint industry only
