Executive - Sales - Cyber Security Technical Certification (5-15 yrs)

Our client is the world's largest cyber security technical certification body. They operate in 145 countries globally. They have trained and certified over 2,00,000 (2 lakhs) information security professionals globally that have influenced the cyber security mindset of countless organizations worldwide.

Education: MBA/Technical graduate degree preferred

Experience: 5+ years of techno-sales experience (Training/Educational/IT industry experience is a must)

Location: Goregaon (Mumbai)

Salary: Depending on the experience and current package of the candidate

Benefits: Variables

Working days: 5 days (Monday to Friday)

Working hours: 10.00 am to 7.00 pm

Job Description:

1) Map potential customers across India and generate leads for the organization.

2) Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.

3) Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products of the company.

4) Have experience in selling Education / Training Services to Corporates.

5) Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence in the market.

6) Achieves the budget revenue and profitability quotas for the organization's training & certification.

7) Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.

8) Maintains sales productivity by mentoring and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

9) Manages accounts and develops strong customer relationships.

10) Performs timely business anticipation and sales tracking.

11) Achieves Sales objectives by identifying markets and market shifts.

12) Identifies new opportunities, implements change, resolves issues, gathers competitive information and identifies trends that affect current and future growth of sales and profitability of the company.

1) Self-starter, hardworking, Persistent, Independent and highly motivated.

2) Ability to motivate and lead a team.

3) Should be able to perform multiple tasks and work extensively.

4) Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

5) Relationship building skills, active listening and presentation skills.

6) Should be able to understand the business needs, challenges and expectations.

7) Excellent Written and verbal communication skills.

8) High proficiency in English.

9) Direct interaction with the Partners, Marketing peers and Customers will incorporate a major part of this assignment.
