Executive - Sales & Customer Support - SaaS Product (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales and customer support for our SaaS product(s). The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of industry experience in Sales and Customer Support for SaaS products, and have the ability to establish strong client relationships. The candidate will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying potential customers, as well as handling client queries and resolving issues. The candidate must have experience in Cold Calling and Emailing. The Pre-Sales Executive will also contribute to product growth strategies and be open to working in US/ Canada time zones.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRA):
- Industry experience in Sales and Customer Support for SaaS product(s)
- Ability to establish strong client relationships
- Prospecting and Qualification of potential customers
- Well-versed in client handling and query resolutions
- Demonstrated experience in Cold Calling and Emailing
- Contributing to product growth strategies
- Open to working in US/ Canada time zones (i.e. EST/ CST/ MST/ PST)
