Job Description :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and Fresher Female & Male Chat Demo Executive to join our team at our office location. The ideal candidate should have a keen interest in BPO/Call Center sales and be able to contribute to our sales and customer service efforts effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales and Customer Engagement : Engage with potential clients via telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote our products/services.
Lead Generation : Generate and qualify leads, identify potential clients, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Product Knowledge : Stay well-informed about our offerings, features, and benefits to address customer inquiries effectively.
Meeting Sales Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Documentation : Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
Team Collaboration : Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and implement effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
