Job Description :


- Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining strong Re-seller and B2B Relation. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential companies to demonstrate our services and products through email and phone, Conducting market research to identify selling possibilities.


- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Setting up meetings with potential clients and listening to their wishes and concerns.


-This position requires end to end process customer Support through Different support modes (Chat, Email, telephonic) Ready to work in a challenging environment,Adaptable with new changes and analyzing facts and data, addressing customer needs and ensuring they have a good experience, The skill set required in customer service has several qualities like active listening, empathy, problem-solving and communication. Keen to learn new things,follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions, process.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Handling Customer Support :

- Excellent Communication skills (Written/Verbal) is the foremost priority


 - Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate Clients needs 


- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling


- Handling Customer Email, chat and Calls.

- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role

- Timely Follow up with Clients/Customers.

- Fast learner and passion for sales

- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

- Must possess good multitasking skills.

- Ability to use computers efficiently and must learn how to use new software/CRM. - Ready to take additional responsibility when required and support team members. - Handling Daily Day to operation.

- Collaboration & communicatate with team members

- Fulfilling a set targets.

Excel/Google sheet :

- Collaborate with the team on google docs and gather feedback. 


- Knowledge of MS Excel.

- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization

Desired profile :

- Experience in Sales 1-2 Years.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and google sheets

- Having knowledge of working on new software/CRM

- Ecommerce experience will be a plus
