Job Type-Full Time

Experience: Fresher to 1 Year, 2 Wheeler required (TA will be provided)

Job Description: Lead Generation and Field Sales

The job involves organizing sales visits for expansion and new business generation; negotiation and convincing customers on the product/service, demonstration, and presentation of the products/services, working on targets, working on various modes of promotions for their products/services.

Qualification: Any relevant degree/Experience

Salary: 15,000 to 18,000 + Opportunity to earn attractive incentives every month.

Primary Skills required

- Understanding of environment, business awareness, IT skills, communication skills, decision-making.

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Educate, Motivate & raise awareness on eco-friendliness Professional attitude and appearance

- Conduct awareness programs in various educational institutions(optional)

- To advocate the usage of eco-friendly products

- Drive qualified traffic to our front door

- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

- Negotiate with higher officials to close deals

Responsibilities:

- Visit Schools/Organizations based on the routing

- Show samples and sales pitch

- Follow up

- Negotiating Orders

- Getting final Purchase orders

- Feedback

- Awareness program at schools(Stage talk with AV)- Optional

- Kiosk/Exhibits
