Qualification : any Graduate

Experience : 2-7 years in sales (hardcore 3 years or + in sales of construction equipment can be considered for AM / or Manager roles )

Job Responsibilities :

- To perform the duties in meeting to highest customer satisfaction o the region

- To Achieve the Sales targets set by the company timely with adopting all desired marketing practices.

- To implement the company credit policy in the sales drive. The effective collections and ensure timely collection of payments

- To ensure and assisting to reach the branch targeted DSO

- To maintain the 100% clear, corrected and updated customer data base on daily basis.

- To attend daily huddles call to submit daily visit reports, to attend weekly and monthly meetings timely and proficient manner.

- To plan monthly visit plan prepare commitment calendar in discussions with reporting head and ensure the visit suitably.

- To cover up 4-5 nos. of customers visit on an average basis. Ensure to visit all allotted customers visited once at lease in every alternative months.

- To build the outstanding relations hip with all the allotted customers and ensure the business growth and reference business from them.

- To maintain professional outlook punctual and good time management in customer visits response.

- To ensure and maintain the marketing reports documents with proper filing and preserve at the branch.

- To acquire the strong knowledge on all Spartan products and services and become a strong techno-commercial manage to close the orders proficiently.

- To observe and note on developments and business of competition with update to HO.

- To ensure for performing any additional assignments given by reporting head or HO on time to time of case to case basis.

- Responsible in collection of - C- forms/ - I- forms / - H- forms from the customers timely with implementation of strong reviews and follow ups.

- To visit location property shows, get the new leads and projects, convert them into business.

- To perform the additional any new task given by reporting Head, Management.
