Job Description / Key Responsibilities:
Job duties include but are not limited to:
01. Social events lead generation
02. Ability to lead prospects and close sales
03. Should be from a social events background/ should have an interest & passion in Social event
04. Exceptional communication, convincing and presentation skills
05. Should be able to converse in languages such as English, Kannada & Hindi
06. Should be able to make marketing plan, presentation, preparing quotation, budgets and closure reports
07. Own responsibility for successfully meeting or exceeding sales goals and sales targets
08. Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously with an emphasis on Solution derived Customer Service
09. Forecast on Marketing trends, Business Development and Account Management
Required Skills / Desired Experience:
01. Any Graduate
02. Should be able to converse in languages such as English, Kannada & Hindi
03. Bold and confident in approaching people
04. Should be dedicated working on the field
05. Should have a 2 wheeler/ 4 four for his/her own convenience
06. Honest, Diligent, Hard-Working and Presentable
07. Strong Analytical, Problem-Solving Skills and quick Decision-Making quality
08. Must be Proactive, Flexible, Adaptable and have the ability to work in a fast-paced changing environment
