Job Summary :

- We are seeking an experienced and driven Executive Carrier Sales professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with carriers and driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the carrier sales channel.

- The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be highly motivated and have a strong understanding of carrier sales processes. The Executive Carrier Sales professional will report directly to the Director of Carrier Sales and work closely with the Sales, Operations and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with carriers, including negotiations, contracts and pricing agreements

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the carrier sales channel

- Meet or exceed sales goals by driving revenue growth through carrier sales

- Provide excellent customer service to carriers, resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Develop and implement strategies to improve carrier sales processes and drive efficiencies

- Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Marketing teams to ensure alignment of carrier sales activities with overall business objectives

- Provide regular updates and reports to the Director of Carrier Sales on carrier sales performance, market trends and competitive intelligence

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and technology advancements in the carrier sales space

- Attend industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with carriers and industry peers
