- Identifying prospects from the employment market through job portals and professional networking platforms. Access will be provided by the company.
- Engaging in a conversation with them through cold calling efforts and identifying the potential clients.
- Understanding their pain areas and presenting our product line to address these.
- Showcasing the value, our services can bring to them in getting employed faster.
- Negotiating on the pricing and closing the deal.
- Account management until the delivery is fulfilled.
- Seeking references for business continuity and future business.
- Meet clients in the respective cities if there be a necessity.
Requirement :
- 1+ years in sales / business development
- Excellent communication skills spoken and written
- Experience in lead generation and lead tracking until closure
- Should have worked on revenue driven targets
- Willingness to perform extensive cold calling
