Executive - Sales & Business Development - BFSI (3-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Primary Responsibilities :

- Identify new / follow up and develop existing business opportunities

- Assist Head BDU formulate / develop and implementing sales strategy

- Establish and maintain a client and prospect database

- Plan and carry out marketing activities to agreed sales targets, budgets and timelines

- Respond to / follow up sales enquiries by phone / email / in person

- Maintain and develop existing and new customers

- Monitor / report on activities and provide relevant management information

- Carry out market research, competitor and customer surveys

- Liaise and attend client meetings as and when required

- Prepare presentations

- Sales paperwork, data collation and reporting

- Co-ordinate with the respective departments to ensure a smooth redress of the sales requirements;

- Operations for SLAs

- Legal for agreements

- Finance for pricing and approvals

- Any others as required

- Any other work assigned by the Head Sales & Business Development
