Educational Qualifications : Graduate/Post graduate
Total Experience : 1 - 2 Years with financial services background in Sales or BD or in Institutional Sales, with special focus on FPI
Salary: 5 to 6 Lacs PA
Background :
1. Previously worked with leading Fund house, Banks or any other financial service intermediary
2. Managed clients across various geographies
Incumbent to possess the following competencies:
1. Pitching to new Institutional/FPI clients
2. Basic understanding of Indian as well as Global capital markets
3. - Fire in the belly- sales acumen
4. Excellent articulation and communication skills
5. Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
6. Self-Motivated
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data mining for institution stock broking business development
2. Maintaining the data base of prospective clients in a formulated manner
3. Reaching out potential clients through email/calls
4. Generate actionable leads for FPI broking business development
5. Set up meetings/calls/appointments with prospective clients
6. Frequent follow up with leads
7. Any other sales support activity that will be asked from time to time.
