POSITON TITLE


Sales Counsellor/Senior Sales Counsellor Business Career Education


Business Function : Sales


Reporting To (Job title of the reporting manager) Sales Manager/Sales Leader


Position level : TM/TL/Middle Management/ Senior Management TM- Team Member

Job Overview and Key Outcomes :

Overall KPI : Enquiry/Lead Generation, Counselling, Conversion, payment collection


1. Meet Enrolment /Order Intake Goal


2. Use different means to generate Enquiries (BTL activities, Job drives, College connect(limited), emp exchanges etc etc)


3. Conduct a compliant Admission process ; ensure admission of students who qualify through the process


4. Ensure System updation and daily reporting


5. Travel to various locations and conduct enrolment drives Responsibilities and Duties: List the essential key focus areas required to carry out this job. List them in order of importance.


1) Market Understanding


Knowledge of Micro Market of the territory, prospect base, ecosystem (Employment exchanges, third party employers, non-organised sectors, tier-3 colleges, Alumni base, etc etc)

2) Enquiry Generation :


a. Conduct multiple activities in Employment exchanges, colleges to an extend though limited, Job fairs, reaching out to unorganised sector work force, etc etc within the location or outside location.


b. Engage effectively with Graduates to ensure lead/enquiry generation.


b. Relationship building with all Stake holders to generate database of eligible candidates


c. Extensive travel to outreach locations for lead generations


d. Create and Expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month


e. Activity management end to end, generate database of eligibile candidates, Extensive telephone calling on prospects/database to generate walk-in, making presentation to them, convincing them to take up the course and pay training fees, convince them to take up opportunity in sales role


3) Admission Process :


a. Ensure correct and full course information is shared with the students


b. Ensure students admission process is followed


4) System Updation & daily Reporting:


a. Update system regularly


b. Daily activity reporting


c. Contribute to Batch occupancy and Batch launch


Education Qualifications :


- Mandatory Graduate


- Optional MBA Technical Skills


- Mandatory Good working knowledge of Excel; PowerPoint


- Optional Behavioural/Soft Skills :
