Designation : Sales Executive

Qualification : Any Engineering (Fresher Can apply)

Experience : 2-3 yrs Building Material Experience ( any building material experience with contractor /dealer preferable)

Job Profile :

- Sales Executive for the interior range of products (e.g. Interior Wall Protection, Entrance Flooring, Acronym Door Systems, etc.) and exterior range of products (e.g. performance louvers, acoustical louvers, drainable louvers, blast louvers, geometric grilles, vision barriers, explosion venting, fire suppression venting, sun controls, and solar motion).

- Liaise with local architects, contractors, End customers, and MEP companies to conduct presentations, develop product specifications and provide engineered solutions for the company's interior range of products.

- Provide and exchange sales information on a daily basis, and report on the performance of distributors to the management.

- Work on market development and achieve sales targets.

- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements within the sales guidance advised by senior management.

- Coordinate with estimation team to generate quotations for ongoing projects and provide weekly updates on job status, sales targets, and monthly/quarterly booking forecast.

- Responsible for full sales cycle and account management tasks, from prospecting all the way to client retention.

- Follow up on inquiries, demands, and competition and ensure the jobs are properly qualified and booked.

- Ensure quotations are priced and submitted on time with secured payment terms.

- Ensure Payment collection from customers

- Timely communications & report submission with management.
