We are a mission driven team of Finance, Design and Technology professionals that has started this entrepreneurial journey to provide Fair Finance to Everyone . Our consumer lending platform is currently focused on the home d- cor industry and partnering with leading consumer brands.

Role is that of a Sales Executive and includes Field Work

Responsibilities and Duties

1) Explaining our loan application process to the merchant representative and customers.

2) Making pre-approval decisions after receiving initial details from customers in coordination with the Central Ops team.

3) Explaining loan products to customers in person or over phone.

4) Sign up new local merchants

5) Closely coordinate with credit team and loan applicants to ensure turnaround time is minimised. Getting the agreements, NACH, KYC proof, etc collected / verified.

6) Preparing Daily / Monthly MIS reports.

7) Ensuring on-time payments of the customers.

8) Ensure adherence of policies at all levels.

9) Thorough checking of all the files and ensure the data is complete and relevant.

10) Continuously provide feedback to Central Ops, Product and Technology teams.

Good Communication skills, time management and excellent sales skills are required.
