Roles and Responsibilities :
- Recruit Advisor /Wealth manager/ Business leader.
- Provide training to New recruit as well as existing team.
- Achieve individual as well as team target.
- Providing support to team for daily sales calls .
- Generating leads through local activity like organizing camps/canopy activities/leaflet distribution/lobby management at assigned storefront/branch.
Candidates Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in any stream
- Proven work experience in Sales and Marketing of Minimum 2 Years
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
- Candidate have stay in current location for more than 3 years.
- Strategic thinker with great analytical skills
