Job Description :

We are on the hunt for a focused Sales executive to train and supervise our sales representatives.

Responsibilities :

- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team

- Creating several sales teams and setting both group targets and team targets for the sales division.

- Setting sales targets and goals for the team

- Carrying out a thorough market trends and analysis

- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve those target

- Providing Training on the use of the products and procedures

- Makes contact with interested customers to discuss insurance policies.

- To make strategic plans, get together with the organization's managers.

Requirement to apply here :

- Education : Any Graduates or 3 years diploma

- 2+ Years experience in field sales or marketing.

- Age: 25-41 year

- Good communication skills

- Ability to achieve sales targets.
