Executive - Sales - BFS (2-4 yrs)
- We are currently seeking people with experience in field sales. Your responsibility as a Sales Executive will be to maximize sales of the company's goods and services while ensuring an easy sales process.
Responsibilities :
- Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
- Create a network with advisors to approach sales.
- Demonstrated highest level of integrity, intellectual honesty, and strong work ethic
- Motivate the advisors to achieve the sales target set by the company
- Managing responsibility for client accounts
- Handling a team of on-roll managers
Desired Candidate profile :
- Any Graduate.
- 2+ Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing.
- Age: 21 to 37 years.
- Local candidate is preferable.
- Good communication skills
