- It is a duty to build and uphold enduring relationships with customers.

- Hiring, selecting, and educating agents.

- Increasing one's acquaintance with the company's products and services.

- Month on month sales growth

- Making strategic growth plans

- Strong follow up with new & existing client, lead generation

- Guiding them on the sales funnel and achieving revenue targets.

- Carrying out various promotional activities for sales as well as for recruitment.
