- We are looking for highly motivated Candidates with Sales backgrounds who can work with a team and work in the field.

Roles And Responsibilities :

Building Company : Evaluate and search out potential mentors (for example, a housewife, a retired person, any family members, the unemployed, etc.).

Trying to push Sales : Regularly surpass the expected sales goal with the help of your own team of strategists.

Maintain team performance and output : Always assess output and raise team productivity.

Management and Leadership : Manage and lead the group of advisors.

Training and Education : Give training, monitor the team's advisors developmental needs, and give performance comments.

- Involves visiting the sole need is that the candidate is actually willing to make the sales.
