Role and Responsibilities :
1. Identify current and prospective sales and expansion opportunities
2. Meet business goals and metrics
3. Adhere to high ethical standards and Comply with all regulations/applicable laws
4. Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans
5. Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company in the segment of multiple products (Mortgage, Commercial Vehicle, Business loan, Personal loan, LAP, Car loan)
Qualifications and Education Requirements :
- 12th or Bachelors in any stream
Preferred Skills :
1. Minimum 1 years of experience as a Branch Manager or similar role
2. Good knowledge of modern bank management techniques and best practices
3. Ability to meet sales targets and production business goal
4. Great interpersonal and communication skills
5. Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations
