Job Definition :

Sales development managers need to understand their company's policies and overall mission, and what type of income needs to be generated to not only reach, but surpass, goals. They create sales pitches for their team, sometimes ones that need to be memorized down to the last word. They also often need to demonstrate how the products and services operate to their team, as well as potential clients.

Responsibilities :

- Respond, engage and qualify inbound leads and inquiries

- Engage current users to expand awareness, educate, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities and develop account intelligence

- Effectively partner and work across the teams - including

- Work closely with other teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities through direct account engagement and insight tools

- Hold intelligent and engaging conversations over the phone and email

- Act as the subject matter expert on product offerings/solution development skills
