Location : Borivali 2 Churchgate & Kalyan 2 CST & Thane.
Role: Provide support in Sales of Life Insurance business to bank customer sat bank branches across assigned locations
Responsibilities:
- Establishing & strengthening the relationship with Bank branch manager & staffs to gain leads
- Prospecting & meeting walk-in customers of the Bank and conducting Quick Need Analysis
- Increasing bank's customer awareness about Life Insurance products and achieve the targeted penetration on cross-selling within the branch's customer base.
Performance Goals & Indicators for the role :
- New Business
- Number of Policies
- Renewal Premium (Persistency)
Knowledge & Skills :
Educational Qualification : Graduate/ Post Graduation
Experience : 2- 4 yrs Bancassurance channel Insurance
- Currently/Last working should be in Bancassurance channel only
- Candidate will be working in Bank
