The successful candidate will be responsible for driving insurance sales through the Banca channel in the Mumbai and Pune regions. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Banca partners to drive insurance sales.

- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective implementation of sales strategies.

- Identify and tap into new business opportunities within the assigned territory.

- Provide excellent customer service and address client queries and concerns.

- Collaborate with the Banca partners to conduct training sessions and product presentations.

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

- Prepare and submit timely reports on sales activities and performance metrics.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance sales, preferably in the Banca channel.

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with Banca partners.

- Knowledge of insurance products and industry regulations.
