Executive - Sales - Auto (1-3 yrs)
a. Leading the team in Business development in line with the Monthly and annual sales targets
b. Identifying the potential Business segments
c. Preparing the sales strategy
d. Preparing sales forecasts and budgets.
e. planning participation in the potential exhibitions.
f. Product costing and commercial negotiations
g. Leading the team to a cost-effective production method
h. Ensuring 100% on-time product deliveries
i. Payment tracking and collections
j. Updating management about sales and marketing information
Requirement:
a. Must be self-driven with Good Leadership skills.
b. Must be good in English and local languages.
c. Good communication and interpersonal skills
d. Good in PowerPoint, MS Excel, and analytics.
e. Technical knowledge about plastics is an added advantage.
f. Work experience with Auto T1 is an added advantage.
g. Travel required is 75%.
