Preferred Requirements :

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Executive to join our dynamic sneaker store team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction, while also representing our brand in a professional and confident manner. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-starter with a passion for sneakers and retail sales to take their career to the next level.

Job Role and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

- Build and maintain relationships with customers, both in-store and through phone and email communications

- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing customer inquiries, needs, and concerns in a timely and professional manner

- Stay up-to-date on current sneaker trends and product knowledge to provide expert advice to customers

- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience and drive repeat business

- Collaborate with store management and team members to ensure a positive, productive, and successful sales environment

- Meet or exceed individual and store-wide sales goals and KPIs

- Assist with visual merchandising, store maintenance, and inventory management

Basic Requirements :

- Proven track record of successful sales experience in a retail environment, preferably within the sneaker industry

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships

- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Passion for sneakers, fashion, and retail sales, with a strong interest in staying up-to-date on current trends and product knowledge

- Positive and professional attitude, with the ability to work well as part of a team

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
