Executive - Sales - Apartments (0-4 yrs)
- Sale of apartments, responsible for making calls to potential customers.
- Attend walk in customer and explain the product and show the sample flat.
- Follow up to close the deal. Handle Inquiry & Payment follow up.
- Regular Weekly reporting to Senior Management for all the properties under sale and marketing efforts made so far.
- Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Need to generate principle sanction letter before agreement.
- In case of short margin collect PDC.
- Coordination with legal department regarding agreement.
- Need to attend exhibition as per instruction.
- Follow up for required documents for principle sanction letter & payment disbursement from bank.
