Language skills : Good English + Hindi.

Days of working : 6 days of working

Week off : 1-day rotational week off

Shifts : Day rotational.

Work location : Electronic city branch.


Job Summary :


- We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated AMC Sales Executive to join our team. As an AMC Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling AMC services for AO Smith products to our customers. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing customers.


Roles and Responsibilities :


- Promote and sell AMC services for AO Smith products to customers.


- Identify new business opportunities by proactively reaching out to potential customers and scheduling appointments.


- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.


- Educate customers on the benefits of AMC services and provide them with solutions to their queries.


- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals.


- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a positive customer experience.


- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive landscape.


Requirements :


- Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.


- Minimum of 1 year of experience in BPO sales or a similar role.


- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, both written and verbal.


- Customer-centric approach with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.


- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.


- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.


- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.


Tech Stack :


- CRM software (Salesforce, Zoho CRM, etc.)


- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


- AO Smith products


Work Location : The position will be based at our Electronic city branch.


Days and Shifts The role requires 6 days of working, with 1-day rotational week off. The shifts will be day rotational.
