Executive - Sales - Agri (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for sales executive @ MP
Post: Sales & Marketing Executive
Working Location: MP (Madhya Pradesh)
Salary: 15K - 22K
Experience : 1 to 3 Years
Role & Responsibilities:
- Dealer development/ Channel Management.
- Partner with client and understand their business need and objective.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposal and presentation.
- Available for dealer - distributor annual meet.
- Conduct van campaigns and participate in exhibitions.
- Participate in new product lunching event
- Develop and aggressively grow sales in designated territory.
- Develop and maintain relationship with existing and new client.
- Achievement of Sales Target for respective territory.
- Daily monitoring and reporting to concern person. (Daily, weekly and monthly reporting.)
- Assist dealers in effective closure/conversion of plough sales.
- Ensure proper implementation of sales processes & control systems at the dealership with effective utilization.
- Review of all prospective buyers in and making action plan for closure of all cases.
- Implement standard systems at the dealership. Follow standard system given by management and provide after sales support as well.
- Improve product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities.
- Coordinate with new product development provide information by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data and trend.
- Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential.
- Tracking of payment recovery cases of different financiers
- Maintaining all required MIS and present as and when required.
