Executive - Sales (2-6 yrs)
- Candidates having Aftermarket business experience preferred.
- Appointments of New Distributors /Dealers
- Selling to Dealers /Channel Partners
- Achievement of Sales Targets as set by the company for the territory assigned.
- Responsible for management and Motivation of Distributors /Dealers in the territory assigned.
- Ensuring timely payments from Distributors /Dealers to company
- Expansion of Sub-dealers/Retailers network to increase penetration of product at Taluka/Village level
- Regular Field Visits to meet Distributors and Sub-dealers
- Conducting Sales Promotion campaigns and participation in local Taluk level exhbitions and Krishi Melas
- Regular Market updates on Competitor activities - Distributors, Products, Pricing and Promotions
- Knowledge of Kannada and English a must
- Must own a 2 wheeler with a valid license
