Executive - Sales (2-5 yrs)
Role: Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential clients and new business opportunities through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Conduct research to understand the needs and pain points of potential clients.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads for continuous sales opportunities.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Regularly engage with clients to provide updates on products/services, address concerns, and gather feedback.
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Sales Presentations and Demonstrations :
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company's offerings.
- Customize presentations to align with the specific needs and interests of potential clients.
- Effectively communicate value propositions and address objections to close sales deals.
Negotiation and Closing:
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Overcome objections and objections to successfully close sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Ensure all sales agreements are accurately documented and processed in accordance with company policies.
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to target key market segments and achieve sales objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with sales management and other team members to share insights and best practices.
Sales Reporting and Analysis:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closed deals, using CRM software or other tools.
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to track progress against targets and identify areas for optimization.
- Provide regular updates to sales management on sales pipeline, forecasts, and key performance indicators.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives.
- Share knowledge and insights with colleagues to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Customer Advocacy :
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering expert guidance and support to help them achieve their business objectives.
- Advocate for the needs of clients within the organization, ensuring that their feedback and requirements are heard and addressed.
