Executive - Sales (2-5 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and objectives.
- Identify and prospect potential clients in the designated areas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upselling opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities and achievements.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- 2-5 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and techniques.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-driven with a passion for exceeding targets and goals.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the designated areas.
