Salary & Compensation :
- Salary Offered - 7.2 K to - 17.0 K (monthly)

Candidates working in 3PM - 11PM shift will be provided Additional Rs. 1000 /- as Shift allowance Candidates working in 4PM - 12AM shift will be provided Additional Rs. 2000 /- as Shift allowance
Incentives will be provided on Target achievement
Education : 12th pass mandatory
Age : 18 - 30 yrs
Job Description
- To immediately book customer tickets and provide information on new offerings, availability of seats, promotional schemes etc.
- Deliver customer service and build customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Candidates from Engineering background must not apply
- Provide exact solution to customer queries.
- Respond to Sales Enquiries from new and existing customers.
- Meet Sales Targets & call quality standards.
- Complete call logs and reports.
- Strive to provide end to end one-call solution to every customer that he/she talks to.
Interview Process :
1st round - HR screening
2nd round - Online test (listening, Verbal & reasoning)
3rd round - Quality round (communication check round)
4th round - Operations Head round
