1. Developing sales strategies and maintaining relationships with clients while researching prospects and generating leads

2. Selling products by establishing contact through cold calls and developing relationships with prospects

3. Providing guidance and assisting buyers in purchasing property for the right price under the best terms

4. Maintaining and updating listings of available properties

5. Remaining knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.

6. Go to field visit to show client property.

Who can apply :

1. A male candidate with a vehicle is mandatory since it is 50% office work and 50% field work

2. Experience in sales will be preferred

3. Must have good communication skills and must be presentable
