Executive - Retail Sales - Furniture (4-5 yrs)
- Ability to manage the entire customer experience
- Making a sale (Furniture segment) to high value customers walking in to the retail store of Urban Habits in Chennai. Expert in story telling, explaining the product, cross sell, up sell and ensure the foot falls are converted to business.
- Assist in Goal Setting process of the organisation
- Training managers on the goal setting and review process and employees on the performance management process.
- Role also envisages acquiring and managing of new partnerships with institutes.
- Excellent in Sales and marketing process
- Must be Creative, Excellent in good communication

- Qualification : B.Com/BBA/MBA/Graduate
