Executive - Retail Sales - Building Material (1-8 yrs)
Note:- This position requires frequent travelling
- Formulate and implement monthly sales plan along with Sales Manager as applicable
- Should have an experience of working in Building Materials / Construction Chemicals / Tile Adhesive's / waterproofing industry
- Adhere to laid down sales processes in respect of: Inviolable Controls, DR (Plan-Do-Review), PJP (Permanent Journey Plans), DSR (Daily Sales Report).
- Implement town/cluster level retail strategy to deliver the desired channel architecture and channel health
- Management of sales & collections with existing channel partners
- Formulate and implement town / cluster specific demand generation activities
- Implementing and monitoring promotional schemes with various channel partners
- Establish and maintain the good working rapport with retail partners within assigned territories
- B. Tech. /BE (Civil) / MBA (Marketing) or any relevant education with experience.
- Must have ability to travel throughout the sales region.
- Prior Experience of Channel sales creation will be given preference.
- Must have the drive and self-discipline to work independently within territory to accomplish goals.
- Demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers-both internal and external.
- Be a pro-active, self-motivated, self-starter who is action oriented and drives for results.
- Foster a collaborative, team-based approach.
- Be proficient in basic Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.)& CRM software.
- Have strong interpersonal and organizational skills
