Selection Criteria : 

- Graduation degree mandatory

- Experience of 1 yr as Counter Sales in Banking / Financial Services / Insurance, Furnishings / Sanitaryware or Retail / Wholesale mandatory

- Must have any counter sales experience with good spoken English at any Retail Shopping Mall

- 21 - 30 yrs

- Male mandatory

- Fluent English skills Ability to [Speak, Write & Read]

- Good Hindi skills Ability to [Speak]

- Must be comfortable to work a variety of hours, which may include evenings, weekends and overnight shifts

Job Description : 

- Promotion activities related to Store as identified by Store Manager

- Target achieving - Individual and Store wise - Monthly and yearly includes category wise and GHS

- Need to handle 2 to 3 retails stores in same locality

- Customer Focus and ensuring excellent Customer Service

- Excellent Communication / presentable/ Grooming standards

- Front Sales activities - Individual target achievement

- Activities planned by Store Manager to be executed

- Co-ordination with other Team Member / Floor Manager / Store Manager

- Promotion activities related to Store as identified by Store Manager on special Occasions and Anniversaries

- Managing and responsible for Counter Stock Inventory

- Product Feedback based on customer interaction

- Following commercial processes and company standards

- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate with customers, peers and management

- Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business

- Physical demands: This position involves constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing and standing for at least two consecutive hours

- Enthusiastic, friendly and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service
