Job Description :

- We are looking for passionate, self-motivated, hardworking individuals wanting to make a mark in residential real estate sector. The person would act as a catalyst between sellers and buyers.

We're looking for : 

- Local residents from Mumbai/ Thane region

- Excellent communication & persuasion skills

- Immediate joiners

- Well groomed / presentation

- Preferences will be given to Prior Real estate (Residential sales) experience

- Female candidates are preferred, Male candidate can also apply

Responsibilities :

- Candidate will be on contract with Real Estate Company and work on site with the Developer

- Provide advisory / consultation to customers in marketing and purchasing property for the best deal under the best terms.

- Understand clients? needs and propose solutions that suit them best

- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing

- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties? value

- Accompany the customer for site visits & display property to them

- Develop network and engage with various channel partners / brokers & promote sales

- Being abreast with the developments in the residential real estate sector and understanding the impact of micro & macro economics on the sector

Some important points to be noted

1 weekly off (Tueday). Saturday & Sunday are working days

Office time is 10AM to 7PM

Any local offical travel may be reimbursed. (Not from home to office / vice versa).

Need candidates who are willing to commit themselves until 31st March 2020.

They must be willing to join immediately

Mandatory: Good Grooming and excellent communication essential

The requirement is spread across different belts in Mumbai with upto 5+ positions each:-

( Candidates will be allocated the region based on their interview / resident localily )

- Parel, Mahim, Bandra & other parts of south Mumbai 5+ Vacancies

- From Mulund to Ghatkopar, Powai, Andheri & Chembur 5+ Vacancies

- Thane to Kalyan and beyond 5+ Vacancies

- Andheri to Vasai/Virar 5+ Vacancies

Required Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate
