The Job

We are looking for a qualified Sales professional experienced in residential sales - Real estate.

Your Responsibilities will include :

- To schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients for sales.

- Assist clients with their requirements and provide project information.

- Follow up with clients for negotiations and closure of bookings.

- Report on sales activities to senior management.

- Compiling and analyzing sales figures.

- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.

- Reaching the targets and goals set.

Ideal Candidate

Skills Required:

- Excellence in real estate sales with a positive attitude and client-handling ability.

- Good communication and negotiation skills.

- Dynamic, aggressive, result-oriented and self-starter with an ability to work independently.

- Ready to take up the pressure.

- Well-groomed and presentable.

- Strong decision making & problem-solving skills.

- Immediate Joiner preferred.
