Executive/Relationship Manager - SME Loans - NBFC (1-8 yrs)
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Attending the leads given by tele-sales staff
- Generating new leads by own from various sources
- Attending exhibitions, events, etc.
- Meeting with the prospective clients and customers
- Convincing clients for loan products
- Assisting the credit department in solving queries, if required.
- Follow up from bank for loan processing, sanctioning and disbursement
- Act as a facilitator between all stakeholders
- Assuring the quick responses of clients and better client experience.
- Generating sources of data, assisting tele-callers to provide data and convince the clients.
- Cold calling
- Sourcing out of Indore location
- Collection of fees
- Data collection
- Achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Formats filling & office work
- Documents completion and helping the back office staff for better and efficient turnaround time.
- Disbursement of personally sourced & office files
- Preparation of review meeting sheet
- Timely submissions of reports, daily MIS and activity log.
- Proper accountability, training and learning of the assigned junior staff.
