Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- 2-3 years of experience in BFSI Sales industry.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

- Good knowledge of insurance products and services.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

- Developing and maintaining relationships with clients through direct sales.

- Identifying potential customers and generating business from them.

- Meeting sales targets and achieving the assigned business goals.

- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer queries and concerns.

- Coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth processing of policies.

- Maintaining accurate and updated records of all customer interactions and transactions.

- Staying updated on market trends, products, and competitors to provide relevant advice to customers.

- Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for business growth.
