Executive - Public Relations (1-4 yrs)

Introduction:

We are hiring for a PR Executive for our client's company which is a leader in IT industry.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute comprehensive PR plans to support the company's goals and objectives.

- Build and maintain relationships with media representatives, influencers, and industry experts to secure positive media coverage.

- Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials to targeted media outlets.

- Proactively seek opportunities for media coverage, including print, broadcast, online, and social media platforms.

- Monitor and analyze media coverage to assess the effectiveness of PR campaigns and -strategies.

- Coordinate and manage media interviews, press conferences, and other PR events.

- Assist in crisis communication management and prepare spokespeople for media interactions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product development, to ensure consistent messaging and brand representation.

- Develop and maintain a media contact database, including journalists, bloggers, and industry influencers.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, news, and best practices in PR and communications.

- Monitor social media channels and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

- Proven work experience as a PR Executive or in a similar role.

- Strong understanding of PR principles, strategies, and tactics.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to craft compelling press releases and PR materials.

- Demonstrated experience in media relations and securing positive media coverage.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in PR.

- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Proactive and self-motivated with a keen eye for detail.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

- Proficiency in using PR software and tools.
