One of our client a leading construction company headquatered in Pune started in 2005, one of the steadily growing Construction Companies in Pune.
So far the company has completed 6 standalone projects in Pradhikaran, Nigdi area.
The Company is firmly established as a significant developer and foreseeing a steady growth in years to come. It is continuously looking towards the future to further capitalize on the expansion of freehold real estate in an around PUNE and beyond.
In a short span of 4 years the company has launched 6 projects in Pradhikaran, Nigdi area and completed these.
We are looking for Sales Marketing Executive for Pune (Nigdi)

1) Client - Leading Construction set up
2) Position - Sales Executive
3) Location- Pune (Nigdi)
4) Experience-2 to 5 years in selling Real estate
5) Qualification- ANY, MBA Preferred
THE JD IS AS FOLLOWS-
Responsibilities -
- Arranging sales visits
1) Giving product demonstrations
2) Maintaining proper sales and performance records
3) Negotiating sales contracts and designing packages
4) Achieving sales targets
- Fluency in English, Marathi and Hindi
- Good command on MS excel and office tools.
