- Market study to analyze the trend of products and modify the existing product.
- Mapping Competition / Markets trends / Channels to constantly evolve the Product Strategy of the range of Product Business
- Introduce new products after the feasibility study and costing etc.
- Compare the products with competitors
- Existing product improvement with analyzing its features, outlook, design, art works etc.
- Prepare purchase plan, monthly review, periodical revision, follow-up/ weakly review meeting
- Stock allocation
- Avoid stock out and over stock situation
- Pricing and scheme generation
- Quantity wise category performance evaluation along with DSR sales report and preparing weekly comparison report.
- Develop Product plans and targets in line with Company's business plans
- Develop and implement plans to support new product development initiatives in the account portfolio
- Product training for Sales and Marketing staff
- Market visit for data collection
