Albatronix Consulting is hiring - Presales Executive" for one of its clients, DeFiner.

Roles and Responsibilities :
- Attending inbound & marketing outbound calls to the leads generated through various marketing activities
- Providing necessary project details over call, email
- Doing regular followup with customers and ensuring customer site visit
- Responsible for entire presales function, from leads handling to the customer site visit
- Coordinating with sales team after site visits, updating and maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports
- Managing database of leads allocation and achieving high sales conversions
- Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
- Offering the best possible customer delight at all times
- Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations
- Carrying ownership for every customer query
- Any graduate
- Good communication skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently as well as within a team
