Executive - Presales - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Presales Executive (Female only)
- Follow up Inbound Leads till site visit.
- Sending presentation through email then mailing the presentation as per the project required by the client.
- Attending Inbound Calls and providing the clients detailed information regarding the Project.
- Updating all the Feedbacks of the Call Made in ERP.
- Emailing a Report on the number of Calls done, visits confirmed for the Next Day and the details of visits for Projects.
- Keeping track on the number of Visits Done and Bookings
- Making Cold Calls to the data provided and generating visits from the data.
- Recording sales information and maintaining client records.
- Forwarding mails to the clients and brokers.
- Arranging/attending clients meet
- Assisting with all the documentation to the client
- Preparing sales reports by analyzing and summarizing information
- Arranging meetings with potential customers/brokers.
- Responding to incoming email and phone enquiries.
- Following up Customers and Brokers on regular basis.
- Clearing and objectives of queries of customers and brokers
- Posting Online available Property advertisements through 99 acres, magic bricks, Housing.com, common floor, real estate India, Quickr, Olx.in
- Interaction with the clients in sales activities for the organisations.
- Efficiently coordinating with clients and making them into comfort zone from site visit tilling booking.
- Concept Based Selling - Focusing on selling a new life style rather than one single residence.
Education/Qualification : Graduate
Experience:- 2 - 4 Years (Real estate industry experience preferred)
Skills Excellent communication skills - written & oral, Good listening skills, Result Orientation, Ability to work in flexible schedule,
Knowledge: Knowledge of construction industry, Knowledge of competitors and their strategies.
