Executive - Presales - Real Estate (0-2 yrs)
Job Summary :
The Pre-Sales Executive is responsible for generating and qualifying leads, providing detailed information about real estate properties, and supporting the sales team in converting prospects into customers. This role involves a combination of customer service, market research, and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth transition from initial contact to the final sale.
Key Responsibilities :
1) Lead Generation and Qualification :
- Identify potential leads through various channels including online inquiries, referrals, and networking events.
2) Qualify leads based on their interest, budget, and requirements to ensure they align with the company's offerings.
3) Customer Engagement :
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to understand their needs and preferences.
4) Provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and financing options.
Market Research and Analysis :
- Conduct market research to understand current trends, property values, and competitor activities.
- Analyze market data to provide insights and recommendations for improving sales strategies.
5) Sales Support :
- Prepare and present property presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials.
- Assist the sales team with preparing proposals, contracts, and other necessary documentation.
6) Customer Relationship Management :
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
7) Address client queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
8) Administrative Tasks :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and sales activities in the CRM system.
9) Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up and execution of sales activities.
10) Event Coordination :
- Assist in organizing and hosting property viewings, open houses, and promotional events.
11) Feedback and Improvement :
- Gather feedback from prospects and clients to identify areas for improvement in the sales process.
- Work with the sales and marketing teams to implement enhancements based on client feedback.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate market trends and property valuation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
