Job Summary :
1. The purpose of this role is to make sure maximum site visits are scheduled for all the 2nd Home/Leisure/Holiday Home Projects.
2. This is an individual contributor role. The role holder creates opportunities for sale by influencing customers to visit the 2nd Home / Leisure / Holiday Home project site.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Identifies customer's need and proposes the right option
- Provides the customer with appropriate information about the project such as features, price, plot size, legalities, documentation, nearby infrastructural developments, etc
- Influences the customer to have a visit of the project site in order to experiene the features of the project
- Schedules customer visits to the project site and informs the project sales accordingly
- Prepare and send their productivity report daily
