1. To respond quickly & efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone & email, handling of walk in client & explaining the project Details.
2. Handling Sales, Daily follow-up, Monthly Closing targets.
3. Interacting with Client & suggest them variable options for payment.
4. Coordination with Channel Partner
5. Handling, customer coordination, handling customer queries
6. Handling Client Legal Document.
7. Handle all things regarding Agreement.
8. Handling things regarding Loan from Bank, APF File
9. Recovery of Payment from the Clien Making Demand Letter, Different Bank NOC
10. Parking Letter, Possession Letter, Customer Satisfaction
